Trevor Jones
Founder and Principal
Trevor is a licensed Professional Engineer in 50 states and territories. His background and passion are in structural engineering for solar installations. He also has experience in design of steel and wood-framed buildings, and telecommunications structures. He founded PV Letters as a part-time endeavor in 2021, and it has grown rapidly since then. He is a graduate of BYU and WGU.
Cameron Bay
Director Of Operations
Cameron Bay serves as Director of Operations, overseeing project workflow, resource allocation, and quality assurance processes across PV Letters’ project portfolio. His operational leadership ensures that project deliverables are completed on schedule and that client communication is consistent and proactive.
C. Craig Russel
Senior Electrical Engineer
Cat is a licensed Professional Engineer with many years of experience in solar PV. They are passionate about fighting climate change via transitioning the grid to renewable energy as quickly as possible. They are knowledgeable on residential, commercial, and utility-scale electrical engineering considerations. They hold an undergraduate Electrical Engineering degree from UT Austin, and MS/PhD degrees in EE from UC Santa Barbara. Outside of work, they loves traveling and discovering new places around the world.
Michael Hart
Director Of Marketing & Sales
Michael Hart leads PV Letters’ business development and client relationship efforts. He works closely with project developers, EPCs, and owner’s representatives to understand project needs, scope appropriate engineering services, and ensure that PV Letters is positioned as a preferred engineering partner in the utility-scale solar market.
Isabel Casillas
Director Of Administration
With a strong background in solar permitting, HR, and administrative support, Izzy brings care, and problem-solving to the team’s day-to-day. She’s passionate about helping people, creating systems that keep things running smoothly, and contributing to a field that’s making a real impact. Outside of work, she loves traveling and discovering new places around the world.
Emmanuel David Mendoza
Staff Engineer
David is a licensed civil engineer in the Philippines with a vast experience in construction. He’s looking forward to acquire and develop exposure in the world of solar industry as an engineering technician and to become a valuable asset in the company.

His focus on process and precision ensures every project moves through the pipeline on time.
