Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using pvletters.com (the "Site") or any digital content provided by PV Letters PLLC ("PV Letters," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related systems.
  • Use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site without our prior written consent.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PV Letters PLLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for informational purposes. No other rights are granted.

3. Engineering Services and Deliverables

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute engineering advice, a professional opinion, or a contract for services. Engagement of PV Letters for any engineering services requires a separate written agreement. Drawings, calculations, letters, reports, and other deliverables produced under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement and not by these Terms.

4. No Warranty

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PV Letters PLLC and its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Access to such sites is at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PV Letters PLLC and its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
